Notes
- Cannot be used in the same party as the SSR version, Cybele (Unleashed) or the Water SSR version (Surfing Beast King) Cybele
- The text for Cybele in the Library did read as "An intercontinental ballistic missile-wielding angel, she's dead serious when it comes to wiping out evil" which appears to be similar to the text for Metatron. This has now been corrected ingame.
